CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. An eligible paid order may be canceled before it has entered fulfillment or been transferred to a carrier.

Once fulfillment has begun or a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. BlueLine will confirm whether a cancellation request was accepted.

PAYMENT SECURITY

When an eligible paid checkout is offered, card payment is processed through Stripe's secure hosted payment infrastructure. BlueLine does not request or store full payment-card numbers in the website profile.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

PRIVACY POLICY

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, page views, traffic sources, product views, checkout starts, verified purchases, and contact-link clicks. See our Privacy Policy for details about analytics and browser storage.

BlueLine may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as name, email address, phone number, shipping information, order number, and messages sent to customer support.

This website may also use browser storage to remember optional profile information and research-list selections on the device you are using. Do not enter medical records, government identification numbers, payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information into the optional browser profile.

Information is used for customer communication, order support, fulfillment, fraud prevention, legal/compliance obligations, and improving the website. Payment information for eligible paid checkout is handled by the payment processor rather than stored in the browser profile.

BlueLine may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to provide services, process eligible payments, ship orders, prevent fraud, or comply with law. Information is not sold as a standalone customer list.

Buy 4, Get the 5th Free: Add five units of the same catalog product and strength to your cart and pay for four. The offer repeats for each group of five and is applied automatically—no code needed. All units, including free items, count toward available stock. Different products or strengths do not combine toward a group of five.

Stacked codes: Orders receiving Buy 4, Get the 5th Free may use only one eligible promotion code. Other orders may use up to two different eligible promotion codes. Codes may be rejected when their product, customer, minimum-purchase, first-order, expiration, or redemption rules conflict. Discounts are calculated in sequence and therefore two percentage codes are not simply added together.

BlueLine Points: Signed-in customers earn 1 point for each whole $1.00 of eligible product value actually paid after discounts. Shipping and taxes do not earn points. Points are awarded after payment confirmation. Points may be redeemed in blocks of 100 points for $5.00 off and may be combined with one eligible promotion code when Buy 4, Get the 5th Free applies, or up to two eligible promotion codes on other orders. Eligible promotion codes and points are applied after the automatic Buy 4, Get the 5th Free savings. Points have no cash value, are nontransferable, and may be reversed or adjusted for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, errors, abuse, or fraud.

First responder discount: Available to verified eligible members when offered. One verified discount per customer. Cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated. Verification may be requested again.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Contact BlueLine within 7 calendar days of delivery if an eligible order is damaged, incorrect, or missing an item. Include the order number and clear photos when applicable.

Do not send a return without receiving return instructions first. Items that are opened, used, temperature-sensitive, personalized, or otherwise not eligible for resale may be non-returnable unless required by law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable after shipment unless required by law or the error was caused by BlueLine.

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipping: $10.00 USD per order, including orders of $300 or more.

Processing: Most eligible orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. High-volume periods, verification requests, holidays, or inventory issues may extend processing.

Transit: Carrier transit is generally estimated at 2–7 business days after acceptance. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.

Destinations: Shipping availability depends on the destination and applicable product restrictions. BlueLine may decline or cancel fulfillment where shipment is not permitted.

Tracking information is provided when available after carrier acceptance.
