Research-use restriction. All research-catalog products are offered solely for lawful laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, compounding, administration, or clinical use.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern use of the BlueLine Peptides website and purchases from BlueLine Peptides (“BlueLine,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the RUO Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Returns Policy. You represent that you are at least 21 years old, legally capable of entering a contract, and authorized to purchase for a legitimate laboratory, institution, or lawful independent research activity.

2. Purchaser certification

You certify that every research-catalog purchase is solely for lawful laboratory or in-vitro research; will not be used, sold, transferred, labeled, or promoted for human or veterinary use; and will be handled only by persons with appropriate knowledge, facilities, procedures, and safety controls. You are responsible for determining whether purchase, possession, import, storage, handling, transfer, and use are lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Regulatory and medical status

Products offered by BlueLine have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or veterinary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. BlueLine is not a section 503A compounding pharmacy and is not a section 503B outsourcing facility. Website content, customer support, labels, and analytical reports are not medical advice and do not provide dosing, preparation, mixing, reconstitution, injection, administration, treatment, or clinical guidance.

4. Catalog, documentation, and availability

Catalog descriptions identify research materials, strengths, prices, and documentation status. They do not state or imply suitability for a particular experiment or any medical benefit. A certificate or analytical report applies only to the specific lot identified on that document. Prices, stock, descriptions, and availability may change. BlueLine may limit quantities or refuse, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, safety, inventory, payment, or shipping restrictions.

5. Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. Payment is processed by third-party providers. You must provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and eligibility information. You authorize applicable product charges, shipping, and legally required taxes shown at checkout.

5A. BlueLine Points and promotions

BlueLine Points are available only to signed-in customer accounts. Eligible paid orders earn one point for each whole $1.00 of product value actually paid after discounts; shipping and taxes are excluded. Points are awarded after payment confirmation and may be redeemed in blocks of 100 points for $5.00 off an eligible future order. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not property. Orders receiving Buy 4, Get the 5th Free may use only one eligible promotion code, including orders that also use points. Other orders may use up to two different eligible promotion codes. Promotion-code product, customer, minimum-purchase, first-order, expiration, and redemption restrictions continue to apply. Discounts are calculated in sequence, so two percentage codes are not simply added together. An automatically applied volume offer may also apply when its stated requirements are met and the offer is active. BlueLine may pause the volume offer during other promotions when stated in the offer terms. BlueLine may reverse or correct points following a refund, cancellation, chargeback, pricing or system error, abuse, or fraud. If already-spent points are reversed, the account balance may become negative and future redemption will remain unavailable until the balance is restored. BlueLine may prospectively modify or end the program upon notice posted on the website; points already properly redeemed on an accepted order will not be retroactively repriced except in cases of error, abuse, or fraud.

Points have no scheduled expiry under the current program. Deploying a website update does not erase points stored in your account. A full refund reverses points earned on that order and returns points redeemed on it. Partial refunds require an owner review and may result in a recorded points adjustment. Points reserved during checkout are unavailable for other orders until the checkout completes or the reservation is released. The Buy 4, Get the 5th Free offer requires five units of the same product and strength; all five units count toward available stock. It repeats for each group of five and applies automatically before eligible promotion codes and BlueLine Points. Different products or strengths do not combine toward a group of five. A maximum of one promotion code may be submitted when the free-vial offer applies, or two on other orders, and incompatible code combinations will be rejected before Stripe Checkout opens. Contact the owner if your payment is confirmed but points have not appeared after refreshing your account.

6. Shipping, returns, and cancellations

The Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Carrier dates are estimates, not guarantees. Do not return an item without authorization.

7. No warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, CONTENT, DOCUMENTATION, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” BLUELINE DISCLAIMS EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. BLUELINE MAKES NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS OR SAFETY FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE. Rights that cannot lawfully be disclaimed remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUELINE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS ARISING FROM MISUSE, UNAUTHORIZED USE, OR FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE TERMS. BLUELINE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

9. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold BlueLine and its owners, employees, and service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful purchase, transfer, labeling, promotion, handling, or use of a product; your breach of these Terms; or information you provide that is false or misleading. This does not require indemnification for BlueLine’s own conduct where prohibited by law.

10. Intellectual property and acceptable use

BlueLine names, logos, site design, and original content may not be copied or used to imply endorsement. You may not interfere with the site, bypass access or checkout controls, scrape for unauthorized commercial use, submit fraudulent information, or use the site for unlawful activity.

11. Governing law; venue

Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to nonwaivable law, state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.

12. Severability; changes; contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
